Order Envelopes

  • Missing your order envelope? You can download the form from https://www.botheyesopenphoto.com/docs. Please print it and submit it to the studio during the photoshoot. If paying with cash, place it in a Ziploc bag and staple it to the form.

  • Forgot the order envelope at home? You can still place an order for photos. If your order envelope isn't submitted, please email us at info@botheyesopenphoto.com with the student's school, name, and homeroom. A website link will be emailed to you for online purchase. 

Image Access and Ordering

  • How long until images are online and emailed for purchase? Our goal is to photograph schools as quickly as possible, so times may vary, but we aim for up to 7 days from the photoshoot date. You will receive an email with a link to an ordering portal to review your child's images. Access to this portal is only through the email from Both Eyes Open Photo.

  • Is there an online ordering deadline? Yes, you will have 7 days from the date you receive the portal email.

Order Delivery

  • How long until prints are delivered to the school? All orders will be delivered to the school for distribution to the students, our goal is approximately 4-6 weeks from the photoshoot date.

  • Leaving the Yukon before your order can be delivered? We can ship the images to you for the cost of shipping and handling. In a rush situation where shipping isn't possible, prints can be produced locally (additional fees may apply). Please email info@botheyesopenphoto.com with the school's name, student's name, alternate mailing address, and a detailed description of the situation so we can find a solution.

Order Issues

  • Received an incorrect order? Accidents happen when processing many orders. We apologize and will happily reprint the error at no cost; there's no need to return the incorrect order. 

  • How School didn’t have Class photos?

    For the Special Package if your school does not have class photos, like Secondary Schools It will be substituted with 8x 2.5x3.5’s.

  • When are digital copies emailed? Digital copies are emailed just before the package is delivered to the school, approximately 4-6 weeks after the photoshoot.

  • Issues with the sales portal or online payment? Sometimes technology doesn't cooperate. Please email info@botheyesopenphoto.com with your child's name, their school, and a description of the issue. Email is preferred as we often need time to research.


Retakes

  • Child was absent from school; Is there a redo day? Yes, our priority is to photograph the schools that’s why we have arranged that Wilson Studios will be handling all reshoots and missed students. Please contact Wilson Studios directly at wilsonstudios@northwestel.net or 867-333-0213 for bookings. If you have already paid please contact us at info@botheyesopenphoto.com for a refund.

We looked at all the images and don't like any; what are our options? Some children can be intimidated by the portable studio (large lights, backdrops, stands, and big cameras can look like quite a production). We recommend booking for the redo day. Please email info@botheyesopenphoto.com to book an appointment. Sometimes having a parent in the studio is all the child needs to relax a little extra.
