Child was absent from school; Is there a redo day? Yes, our priority is to photograph the schools that’s why we have arranged that Wilson Studios will be handling all reshoots and missed students. Please contact Wilson Studios directly at 867-333-0213 for bookings. If you have already paid please contact us at info@botheyesopenphoto.com for a refund.

Order Envelopes

Missing your order envelope? You can download the form from https://www.botheyesopenphoto.com/docs. Please print it and submit it to the studio during the photoshoot. If paying with cash, place it in a Ziploc bag and staple it to the form.
Forgot the order envelope at home or ordering late? You can still place an order for photos. If your order envelope isn't submitted, please email us at info@botheyesopenphoto.com with the student's school, name, and homeroom. A website link will be emailed to you for online purchase.

Image Access and Ordering

How long until images are online and emailed for purchase? Our goal is to photograph schools as quickly as possible, so times may vary, but we aim for up to 7 days from the photoshoot date. You will receive an email with a link to an ordering portal to review your child's images. Access to this portal is only through the email from Both Eyes Open Photo.
Is there an online ordering deadline? Yes, you will have 7 days from the date you receive the portal email.
Can I order a Class Photo Online for Option 2?
Yes, though a minimum order of $36.00 is required for all online purchases. This means you cannot order just a class photo without adding a package or pages to your order to meet the $36.00 minimum.
Why is there a minimum purchase amount for Option 2 online?
Online orders involve more processing steps, which necessitate hiring additional staff. To avoid increasing pricing for online sales, we've set a minimum purchase amount instead.
I ordered Option 1, can I see my images online?
Unfortunately, online viewing is not available for Option 1 orders at this time due to logistical constraints, as stated on the back of the order envelope.

Order Delivery

How long until prints are delivered to the school? All orders will be delivered to the school for distribution to the students, our goal is approximately 4-6 weeks from the photoshoot date.
Leaving the Yukon before your order can be delivered? We can ship the images to you for the cost of shipping and handling. In a rush situation where shipping isn't possible, prints can be produced locally (additional fees may apply). Please email info@botheyesopenphoto.com with the school's name, student's name, alternate mailing address, and a detailed description of the situation so we can find a solution.

Order Issues

Received an incorrect order? Accidents happen when processing many orders. We apologize and will happily reprint the error at no cost; there's no need to return the incorrect order.
Our School didn’t have Class photos?
For the Special Package if your school does not have class photos, like Secondary Schools It will be substituted with 8x 2.5x3.5’s.
When are digital copies emailed? Digital copies are emailed just before the package is delivered to the school, approximately 4-6 weeks after the photoshoot.
Issues with the sales portal or online payment? Sometimes technology doesn't cooperate. Please email info@botheyesopenphoto.com with your child's name, their school, and a description of the issue. Email is preferred as we often need time to research.
Are Graduation photos available? Yes we have a sitting fee of $65.00 that is reimbursed on your first package purchase. Grad photos are not a part of the school photo process and have a separate set of rates. The sitting fee is payable by credit card, e-transfer, cash or cheque.
